Global Cooldown aura doesnt work when Lava Burst is on CD

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create aura to show Global Cooldown with any refference spell. I used Lightning Bolt because it has no cooldown and therefore it should show GCD every time.
2. Cast Lava Burst (8 sec CD). Aura for GCD wont show up for whole Lava Burst CD.

NOTE: It does work like a charm when u cast for example Elemental Blast (12 sec CD) or any other spell. Just Lava Burst makes it bugged. Thing is that Lava Burst has highest priority for Elemental shaman, therefore GCD aura doesnt work for me at all because I have CD on Lava Burst all the time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I use spell without CD as reference spell under trigger tab it should show GCD every time I cast something.
