What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to have my ~200 individual weakauras exist as normal. Instead all are completely gone. They neither function ingame, nor exist within the weakauras interface. I am able to create new weakauras with the same name as old weakauras, which would not be possible normally. For all intents and purposes it is as if all of my weakauras were individually deleted.
This affects one of my three accounts only; all characters are missing all weakauras on the affected account, the other two accounts are not in any way affected.

Most but not all weakauras had been created in weakauras 1, I only updated a week ago.
I was not creating or modifying any weakauras immediately before this occurred, most recent weakaura was made 2 days ago.
At the time I was multiboxing outdoors with one paid account (affected) and one trial account (not affected) in windowed mode. A third copy of WoW may have been open in the background, but was not logged in. I logged out of both accounts and closed all copies of WoW as normal, upon next login I noticed my weakauras were all missing from my paid account.
I had just formed a guild on the affected account.
I had an open customer support ticket.
I have tried relogging, restarting, downloading the latest weakauras, and 'opening weakauras then reloading while in combat inside RFC' (a solution from google). None worked.
The other addons running were Auctionator, Skada, Tidyplates, Bartender 4, and F2P Addon,
Other programs running were Firefox, Notepad, and Windows Media Player.
I am running the 64 bit WoW client on windows 7.
Edit: this event happened again a few days later. After rebuilding my weakauras from memory, I have had all my weakauras entirely wiped. I'm not entirely sure when the wipe occurred (I was farming archaeology sites for several hours), but once again I was 2boxing with a trial account right before I noticed that all of my weakauras were deleted. Again, only my paid account was affected, and I was not changing my weakauras immediately before the loss.
