Can we have Weakauras allow you to enter specific Spell IDs like it does with Auras

Hi guys, after spedning a couple days working on this I've identified a potential very helpful upgrade to Weakauras.  I think it's fairly major, and would require a minimal amount of coding.

What steps will reproduce the problem?  What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot reliably make symbiosis work, due to the nature in which one cannot enter specific spell IDs under action useable
Even using specific aura IDs for symbiosis a druid receives and gets, it doesn't work for the druid, just for the other classes.

What version of the product are you using?  r289

Symbiosis seems to work for those who get weakauras from a druid but for druid getting spells it glitches out.   You either have every possible spell show up, or none at all.  Depending on how you set up your auras.  

It's quite possible that there is a limitation because Weakauras will default text you enter into a SpellID, however Blizzard now has different spells (i.e. Paladin Hammer of Justice and a Druid's version, same name, different spell ID.   AND - and this is important - although Weakauras will allow you to enter specific Aura IDs, it will not also allow you to enter an action useable with Spell ID only.


Remaining Time Option in Full Scan mode

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
There are currently a number of buffs which require Full Scan mode to track effectively due to identically named buffs being present at the same time, the two I have encountered most readily are Sacred Shield as a Prot Pally and Elusive Brew as a Brewmaster Monk. In both of these cases it would be highly beneficial to be able to track the remaining time on one version of this buff without getting constant false triggers from the other. I apologize if there is currently a way of already a way of doing this, but it currently appears as if the 'Remaining Time' trigger option is not available when utilizing Full Scan in order to pick out a spell via spell ID.

Allow "\n" token for basic text on icons

I have an icon and I want the text to display both stack count and it's progress, however 2 numbers next to each seems ugly. I would love to be able to put, for example:

Allow multi-select for "Dungeon Difficulty" under Load

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
In the 'Load' section, under the 'Dungeon Difficulty' option, allow a multiple select. It would work just like the 'Instance type': The checkbox would cycle through 'Off', 'One Selected', and then 'Multiple'. That way, I can choose  more than one.

Please provide any additional information below.

An example: I have two Icons that I have show up when I don't have 'Well Fed' and my flask. I only want to use these in raids. However, I only want to use them in 'Normal' and 'Heroic' raid, as I don't usually use a flask for 'Looking For Raid'. As it is now, I'd have to create multiple icons for each load, and I'd much rather have it just set to load only on the difficulties I'm doing :)

Health frame not refreshing fast enough

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Creating a health bar for a target using a progression bar, status, health, target as trigger 2. 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The damage done to a target lags about half a second behind my actual unit frame. Unit can even be dead and still have health for a short period according to the bar. Is there any way to force WA to refresh the data faster so it stays in sync with actual damage done to the target? What version of the product are you using? 1.4.7.8 Do you have an error log of what happened? No error logs Please provide any additional information below. I read somewhere that the creators had no intention of making this a unit frame, but the option is there so I figured I'd ask. Thanks

Opening map untriggers models

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Making a model
2. Opening the map
3. Closing the map

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the model to still be loaded, or atleast reload almost instantly, after i close the map
Instead the model is not loaded, and will not reload, without actions on my part. Like opening /wa or by meeting the trigger options again. For instance, one of the models is triggered by me being above 50%. If i go below 50% and then go above 50% again, it reloads.

The problem is probably not something with the model being untriggered, but rather the model not... playing anymore or something... But it still is anoying...

Just found out that "toggle the user interface" and ...toggle it back again, also causes this

Sub-groups

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I'd like to be able to nest groups in other groups. My specific example: I have a dynamic group which I use to display my chi, HoPo or combo points depending on the class I'm playing. Then I have a texture indicator per point, filtered for each power level (>= 1, >=2, etc.) The growth function in my dynamic group is set to Centered Horizontal so they align nicely. However, I'd like to couple each of these textures with another texture to serve as a background/border for them. If I were to just add another texture into the dynamic group, I'd have the backgrounds aligned next to the actual indicators. What I would like to do is create a group to contain both the background and the indicator for each power level, and have these groups aligned in the dynamic group. I haven't looked at the way groups are implemented in code, but I would love this feature to be added - it's a bit of a niche thing perhaps, but I think it brings a lot of potential when it comes to customization options.


On CD conflict and disapearing

the isssue started eith 5.2, i have few auras to track my shammy spell 2 group of them are Elemental mastery (ready, on cd and active) and ascendance (ready, on cd and active) when i active EM end Adcendance is in cd the cd progression disapear only to appear bk when EM go on cd.

this issue seams come with each version of WA

Sounds trigger when opening the map in Arena/Battlegrounds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a cooldown icon witch triggers when a specific ability becomes available (Action Usable).
2. Set "Actions" to play a sound and the button to glow.
3. Enter arena or battleground and press the "M" key (default to open the map). The sound of the triggered CD plays continuously (as if being spammed) for as along as the map is open and the ability is useable. When u close the map (or the ability is on CD), it stops triggering and it works as intended again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- It should only trigger the sound when the cooldown finishes, once and that's it. If the cooldown is up and you open the map, you get spammed by that sound.

What version of the product are you using?
- I use 1.4.7.9 but i noticed this happening on 1.4.7.8 (for wow 5.1) too.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
- It appears to me as if it constantly refreshes and checks if the conditions are met when u have the map open. Hence the sound spam.

How do i enable AUTO-CLONING (Multi-target Debuffs OVERLAP)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose an ICON to create (say, as an elemental shaman)
2. Choose the trigger, Flame Shock. Choose the Unit (Multi-target)
3. Go and cast Flame shock on a dummy, then a second dummy, and the numbers OVERLAP (They are supposed to split up if you have AUTO-CLONING ENABLED)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

No, it's not an 'error,' it's just a change in configuration that I cannot find.

Combat Log, Cast Spell and Source Unit = target issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?

All I want is WA to play a sound whenever my current target is casting a spell.

I have used Trigger = Event, Event = Combat Log, Message Prefix = Spell, Message Suffix = Cast start.

This will trigger and play a sound whenever someone cast a spell, so I need to set an option checking if it is my current target that is casting the spell.

However, setting Source Unit = Target doesn't work as I thought it would.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Using Source Unit = Target I expect to get a sound warning everytime target casts a spell. However, I get no sound at all.

If I instead use Source Name, it will work for that particular target.

1. Have an aura (such as the one linked to this ticket), that has "Own Only" set to not.
2. Don't be in a group, and get into a fight where someone else applies the aura you're checking.
3. Experience 1 error every update.

instead of the full window however, only the top part of the window frame will appear, the rest of the window frame including the content are missing and cannot be made to show up

Basically I'm trying to use this to track and Glow a cast bar button when a Cooldown is ready, and hiding it as soon as it is in cooldown.
The showing part of the button glow is working. But it doesn't hide when it's on cooldown.

Description

On Action Usable, spell name "Holy Word: Serenity" or "Holy Word: Sanctuary" weakauras won't find the spell. Trying "Holy Word: Chastise" seems for weakauras to find the correct chakra spell, but won't read the cooldown properly.

Weakauras import strings issue

What is the issue?

Appreciate if you can help with following problem:
After pasting stings in the import window, click import, there should be another pop up screen to complete the import action. ( I saw it in one of movie clips in YouTube. But this does not happen me. What's is wrong.
On the other hand, while in wow, if some one put up a link in /say, I can click that link and import successfully.

Trigger on another display being active/inactive

This is a feature I miss from Power Auras: being able to make one display conditional on another display being active or inactive.  There are a number of uses for this:

* Letting one display override another.  For fulmination tracking, for instance, I would like to show my lightning shield stack count most of the time, but override it with an icon when one of my other displays determines that I should cast earth shock.  Since the icon doesn't really occlude the stack count, group priorities don't handle this (unless I'm missing some kind of occlusion feature).

* Boolean triggers (ticket #203) without requiring a boolean mini-language.  By creating displays with no visual and making other displays conditional on them, you can make displays that appear when X and (Y or Z) are true, or things like that.  Non-visible displays can be reused by multiple visible displays, providing a rudimentary form of abstraction.
